There Comes A Time...

How did you finish that statement? Here is our ending.  Every once in a while, in someone's life, there comes a time when they just feel like they've hit a brick wall and they need a new change in their life.  New Hairdo? Maybe.  New job? Most likely.  New hobbie? Oh, definitely.  Their life has come to a screeching halt and they're unhappy with maybe just a part of it, or maybe even with all of their life.  Now, they can just sit there and complain and play the victim or they can make a change for the better and enjoy living life to the fullest!

That brick wall has presented itself to us and we've decided to make a change and see what we can do to make our lives better. We both have our own life stories and reasons why the brick wall was impenetrable. Yet, we didn't just take it sitting down, letting life flog us into submissive complainers, did we? No, we most certainly did not!  We decided to take the proverbial bull by the horns, turn it around, and go on a never-ending adventure we now happily call life.

It will be an experience, that's for damn sure, but how else are you supposed to learn and live and make the most of everything if you don't ever experience life as it is?  That means taking the good with the bad and trying to take it all in stride.  It won't be easy.  What is it they say? "Nothing worth having in this life comes easy." -Kelso, Scrubs. Believe it or not, he's not the only one who has had something to say on the subject.  “Nothing in the world is worth having or worth doing unless it means effort, pain, difficulty… I have never in my life envied a human being who led an easy life. I have envied a great many people who led difficult lives and led them well.” was said by Theodore Roosevelt and Andrew Carnegie spoke as such, "Anything in life worth having is worth working for." .  Life is a tricky and difficult mistress.  It throws you turns and curves and it rears it's ugly head once in a while to see if it can trip you up.  We aren't going to let it.

We have made plans. We have dreamt about excursions we'll embark on.  We have even decided to take a part of our past and portray it in a humorous and easygoing light on our blog.  We have adventures, we frequently participate in acts of shenanigans, and we are both working on overcoming and living with anxiety. And yes, we do live in Arizona.  We hope you'll follow us on our journey and you can delight in our stories, experiences, and some very funny fopauxs.  This journey is going to be hilarious, difficult, fun, and most of all, worth it.

We'll leave you with some wise words. :)

The big question is whether you are going to be able to say a hearty yes to your adventure.
